Description:
Hobart Whisky has once again raised the stakes for this 2024 Winter Feast expression, exclusively released for Dark Mofo 2024 and bottled at a cask strength of 59.6% ABV. Distillery Manager and all-round whisky legend; John Jarvis has given us access as one of the only retailers on the mainland to stock this revered bottling that see’s Devil’s Distillery continue with their maple theme from previous releases.

This whisky has been aged for five and a half years in a Bourbon Maple cask, then combined with an ex-Islay whisky cask, and finished off in a vintage Tawny cask for that extra depth. This process gives it a rich profile with sweet maple notes and savoury smoky undertones. The distillery has also added a touch of rum cask to bring even more sophistication to the blend.
