……… a nose of cinnamon dusted pineapple fritters and rose water with a hint of pink musk sticks. Some get dulche de leche and vanilla chantilly cream, zested with a touch of lemon. The palate reveals juicy pineapple before giving way to spices including cinnamon and nutmeg and a thick, moreish finish.

Aged in an 80L American Oak Ex-Bourbon cask and decantated at natural cask strength, this whisky was bottled specially for Barrel and Batch Whisky Co-Op.
