Nose: Sweet fruit-driven with red apple, icing sugar dusted cherries, and candied lollies.
Palate: thick, with notes of fresh raspberry lemonade, berry compote, maraschino cherries, and toffee apple. Sweet vanilla custard and honeycomb follow the initial fruit notes, with a subtle, fresh, rustic orchard element.
Finish: A drawn out finish with dark fruit, black forest cake, and gentle spice.

With something unique in the spirit of the holidays comes Hobart Whisky Barrel Aged Tasmanian Cherry Liqueur, single malt whisky.
The distillery comments;
“The whisky started with a vatting of carefully selected casks suitable to finish, predominantly ex-Bourbon with a small portion of Pedro Ximinez. It was important to ensure we found mature stock that provided a nice balance of spirit and wood, complementing the sweetness provided by the cherry liqueur cask. Finished for three months, then resting, before being bottled in time for a festive season release”.
