Nose: Immediately malty then stone fruit notes then lifted florals.
Palate: Honey sweet and rich but delicate, opening with a delicious lightness with fruit tingles and white pepper. Hints of oak give the middle palate some depth but the overall impression is elegance and delicacy.

Here’s a limited release whisky that was first unveiled at the Whisky Fair in Sydney 2019. It’s a unique expression that was a marriage of small American Oak Ex-Bourbon matured casks finished in a re-coopered Botrytis affected Sauvignon Blanc Tasmanian wine cask expressed at 54.8% abv.
Expect a gentle, sweet whisky with a perfumed bouquet and delicate spice. Yet another winner from the team at Devils Distillery.
