We’re super excited to be stocking Devils Distillery’s very first single-malt whisky release, fittingly called ‘Hobart Whisky’. It’s a skilful marriage of selected small ex-bourbon casks, expressed at 48.8% abv and inspired by Tasmania’s natural beauty, pure water, air and produce.

Craft distilled, oak rested and hand bottled at their distillery based in the heart of Hobart, each small batch holds its own distinctive characteristics and signature flavour. Hobart whisky was founded by Rocky Caccavo and head distiller, Brian Hinson and this 1st release is simply stunning for an inaugural bottling. It’s everything a bourbon cask should be: Fresh and fruity with crème brulee, vanilla dots, and sweet toffee.

Also comes in a robust, cylinder decorative tube that would display beautifully on your bar or whisky collection.
