It’s no secret that we’re huge fans of Bourbon Cask, single malt whisky and it’s also no secret that Hobart whisky has a very healthy appreciation for American Oak Ex-Bourbon casks. It’s kind of a ‘whisky’ match-made in heaven in our opinion.

Introducing the inaugural release of Hobart Whisky’s new ‘Signature Series’, a marriage of small, carefully selected American oak ex-bourbon casks. The range will utilise an individual batch numbering system and universal barcode. The distillery has decided not to restrict the abv to a particular percentage and instead will aim to always cut their Signature releases to between 46% and 50%. This however means that each batch abv % will vary slightly.
