Description:
Primary maturation for this release develops in a prestigious (short filled) toasted New French Oak cask from Tonnellerie Sylvain, Bordeaux’s renowned cooperage crafting elite barrels for luxury vineyards worldwide. The bottling also marks the first time Hobart whisky (Devils Distillery) has used virgin oak for maturation.

The whisky then underwent a 20-month finishing period in a carefully selected third-fill Jack Daniel’s barrel, enhancing the flavour profile with subtle notes from this iconic American whiskey. This ground-breaking combination of French and American oak influences creates a distinctive whisky experience that showcases the IB’s commitment to artisanal craftsmanship and flavour innovation.
