This triple distilled Dobson’s Phineas Frog single malt whiskey is the latest release from Eastview Estate located in Kentucky NSW. It’s made with a Celtic-Irish touch (note the ‘e’ in whiskey), and was aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels which immediately piqued our interest.

And the fact that Stephen and Lyn Dobson (owners) are still releasing their whiskey in 750ml bottles reminds us of the good all days meaning more whiskey for everyone! 😉
