Our Tasting Notes
NOSE: Quite big on the alcohol which is no surprise at 63%abv. Stone fruits – peaches and cream with cinnamon, wrapped in a mosaic of fresh maple syrup and brown sugar.
PALATE: Intense yet super fresh. More stone fruits on the palate – not too viscous, followed by hazelnut and an abundance of pepper.
FINISH: A fresh and vibrant medium finish with a possible hint of smoke.
NOTE: Adding a little water really opens up this whisky allowing it to display a sweeter more fruity bouquet with greater complexity
