This Fannys Bay Pinot Barrel “Cask Strength” Tasmanian whisky is a very limited expression from Mathew and Julie Cooper who run a bespoke, family owned distillery on the Northern coastal waters of Tasmania. The spirit has been aged in Pinot barrel number 93 which yielded 30 bottles at a cask strength of 62.7% alc.
