This Tasmanian whisky showcases the artistry and passion behind Fannys Bay. The peated spirit has been carefully matured in Pinot cask No. 167, developing a beautifully rich and smoky profile, layered with coastal character and subtle wine cask influence.
Bottled at a cask strength of 62% ABV, only 300 bottles were yielded from this single cask and a welcome addition from our southernmost whisky region.
