This Fannys Bay Port Barrel Tasmanian whisky is the creation of Mathew and Julie Cooper who run a bespoke, family owned whisky distillery on the Northern coastal waters of Tasmania where the purest sea breezes’ assist them in making lively single malt whisky.

The whisky has been aged in Australian Port barrel number 58 which only yielded 45 bottles so best get on to these beauty’s fast because once they’re gone – they’re gone for good!
