This Fannys Bay – Port cask Tasmanian whisky is the creation of Mathew and Julie Cooper who run a bespoke, family-owned whisky distillery on the Northern coastal waters of Tasmania where the purest sea breezes’ assist them in making lively single malt whisky.

The whisky was aged in Australian Port cask number 182 which only yielded 37 bottles, so best get on to these beauty’s fast because once they’re gone – they’re gone for good!
