This Fannys Bay Sherry Barrel “Cask Strength” Tasmanian whisky is a very limited expression from Mathew and Julie Cooper who run a bespoke, family owned distillery on the Northern coastal waters of Tasmania. It’s a real favourite amongst the Aussie whisky faithful ticking all the right boxes for a cask strength sherry bomb.
