This Fannys Bay sherry-barrel Tasmanian whisky is an extremely limited expression from Mathew and Julie Cooper who run the bespoke, family owned whisky distillery on the Northern coastal waters of Tasmania. The whisky has been aged in sherry barrel which yielded 35 bottles at 44% abv and is another gem of a whisky full of toffee, dark fruits and spice.
