This Fannys Bay Shiraz Barrel “Cask Strength” Tasmanian whisky is a very limited expression from Mathew and Julie Cooper who run a bespoke, family owned distillery on the Northern coastal waters of Tasmania. Natural in colour and non-chill filtered, the whisky is enhanced by coastal influences and this Shiraz cask is a real belter of a whisky in our opinion.
