Description
This Flinders Island peated release was matured for just under 3 years in 5 x 20L second fill casks, then finished for 8 months in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask and bottled at 47% ABV yielding 141 bottles. It’s a true maritime peated whisky from the middle of Bass Straight!.

Distiller Tom Ambroz comments;
“It has the lighter, more nuanced body of a second fill maturation, but the sherry cask influence in finishing gives this whisky a lovely juiciness.”
