It’s a single cask, single malt release that marries the classic Christmas cake, Australian Tawny (port) raisin and sultana notes, balanced by the vibrant vanilla’s imparted by American Oak maturation. Laid to rest for 3.5 years in Furneaux’s coastal dunnage warehouse at Sawyers Bay, it’s a crisp yet indulgent pour that is easily smashable among friends.
