Already sold out at the Distillery, this Heartwood @#$%^&* 3 single malt whisky representing the now extinct Aussie Dodo bird is the latest expression from Heartwood following on from their 1st release (@#$%^&*1) that was bottled in May 2017 and their 2nd release (@#$%^&*2) that was bottled in August 2018. This No.3 expression was bottled on the 5th of September 2018 and is once again a Lark origin spirit that was finished in a 100L Oloroso sherry cask.
