This is one persistent whisky that does not let up – It’s Heartwood to the bone, rich and juicy with an intense palate that is not overdone. The flavours come in thick bursts that seem to roll off the tongue with ease. The finish will stay with you long after the final pour. A Hail Mary……? We think not. Both H’s knew exactly what they were doing all along!
