This cask strength ‘Not a Gold Medal’ from the Knobbie’s Paddock Biannual Country Show see’s Heartwood’s very own Tim Duckett source new-make from Lark, Belgrove, Redlands, Fannys Bay and Adams distillery, then age the combine spirit in four separate cask types at his bond store just outside of Hobart. With an out-turn of 161 bottles, the expression is already a sell-out at Heartwood and Tim has graciously given us a limited parcel of stock to share with our supporters.
