The label is adorned by a banana, and for good reason too. This whisky is all bananas: Ripe and thick Californian bananas. The nose and palate are also accompanied by sweet, summer-fruits lathered in sticky toffee sauce with a vanilla ‘cherry’ on top. 😉 A desert whisky for sure, at 63.6% ABV, its Heartwood at the top of their game, trying something completely different – More bourbon casks please Tim, what a winner!
