Here’s a wonderfully balanced 15-year-old single malt that includes a touch of peat to deliver a well-rounded spirit. Distilled from premium, Tasmanian grown malted barley, pure rainwater and yeast and aged in American Oak (ex-bourbon), its non-chill filtered with no artificial colouring.
The lingering wafts of a fading campfire are subtle on the nose as citrus notes and ripe peach present on the palate. A creamy, lingering finish capped with tinges of vanilla completes a most rewarding single malt experience.
