This beauty is a 7yo Oloroso dream! The first release in their sherry cask series with new packaging. Mashed, fermented, triple distilled and bottled on site, it’s Hellyers Road at the top of their game. Non-chill-filtered and with no added colour, there aren’t many of these left in the wild – The perfect stocking stuffer and/or evening sipper.

Hellyers Road is back with an almighty ROAR with stunning new packaging and a tweaked recipe. The distillery has well and truly steered their ship back to calmer waters and are kicking goal after goal. The malt type is the same, however, Fiona has tweaked the water ratios, the amount of yeast, salt additions to the mash, and the distillation practices.
