Part of Hellyers Road core range, this whisky is beautifully priced for an everyday sipper of liquid gold. The whisky was matured for 5 years in American oak and then finished in French oak (2020) vintage Pinot Noir casks from the Coal River Valley in Tasmania.

Hellyers Road is back with an almighty ROAR with stunning new packaging and a tweaked recipe. The distillery has well and truly steered their ship back to calmer waters and are kicking goal after goal. The malt type is the same, however, Fiona has tweaked the water ratios, the amount of yeast, salt additions to the mash, and the distillation practices.
