Behold the latest, rare release in the Henry’s Legacy range, the Black Bluff! Individually numbered and hand signed, this fresh and crisp expression is bottled at a heavenly 63.7%alc and named after the sweeping winds that whip the Northwest Tasmanian Bluff.
To make this work of art, premium quality Tasmanian grain is patiently combined with some of the worlds purest drinking water and then two and a half times distilled and laid to rest for 13 glorious years in a 200 litre American oak cask. (ex-bourbon)

A subtle smoky haze transcends mixed spices and herbs to deliver an aromatic softness on the nose. The Palate is immediately greeted by waves of velvety sweetness, freshly baked apple with cameos of cinnamon and vanilla. The finish lazes in this fruity sweetness before abating to a warm, comforting retreat.
