Blending Hellyers Road Original Single Malt with a pinch of the peated spirit delivers a tangy, fruity-flavoured whisky that lingers delightfully in the aftertaste. It’s distilled from premium, Tasmanian grown malted barley, pure rainwater and yeast, then aged in American Oak (ex-bourbon).
The whisky is non-chill filtered and has no artificial colouring added.

A pinch of the Peated spirit is subtly released in a lazy whiff of smokiness. Zesty shavings of orange and lemon peel, combined with a deft cooperation of freshly ground pepper manifest a ginger-like persuasion departing to a smooth, nurturing glow in the aftertaste
