Nose: Unmistakable Highwayman peat comes through, then earthy notes and a salty and savoury type of smoke. There’s also hints of agave syrup from the tequila finish with dried apricots & spice. Milk chocolate comes on late.
Palate: Beautiful agave sweetness shines but doesn’t dominate – salty mid palate, more savoury notes and soft spice. Gentle peat, beautiful saltiness, rich and complex
