Nose: Boysenberry ice cream with flashes of rose and hibiscus syrup. Rum and raisin milk chocolate making an appearance with earthy cacao nibs and carob. Hints of white chocolate, burnt caramel, white pepper and soft nutmeg.
Palate: Powdered Cacao meets black currant and black berry jams touched by burnt caramel and semi dried apricots. Rum and raisin milk chocolate throughout. Subtle hints of savoury saltiness kissed with whispers of gentle smoke.
