Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Saw dust, timber yards and pencil shavings with soft honey and vanilla custard
Colour: Dark agave
Taste: Cinnamon spiced pastry up front with vanilla caramel across the mid palate and hints of candied tangerine to finish.
