Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Hints of Espresso crema and dark chocolate is met with dried cranberries and stewed prunes. Black cherries soaked in burnt Demerara sugar with a touch of candied ginger. Subtle clove and freshly baked pecan pie shining through.
Palate: Roasted almonds, nutmeg and pimento all spice upfront with agave syrup, candied orange peel and blackberry jam across the mid palate finishing with sweet lemon drops.
