This is the 7th release from Valero and Elisa Jimenez, owners and distillers at the Joadja distillery. They continue to raise the bar in producing stunning sherry cask, single malt whisky with a keen eye on keeping it as affordable as they possibly can.

This release is the little brother of the Cask Strength 6th release that was also matured in 2 x 64 litre Pedro Ximenez sherry casks that were personally sourced by the Jimenez family from their native home in the Bodegas of Andalucia, Southern Spain.
