The distillery sold out of Batch No. 1 months ago, but the story didn’t end there. Iron House Brewery in Tasmania refilled the cask, and we believe this new batch might be even richer than the first. Taste it for yourself and tell us what you think! 😉

“Our story begins at Clover Hill in idyllic North-East Tasmania. We took in an oak barrel of Clover Hill’s Sparkling exhibiting classic Pipers River terroir. Once disgorged, the cask was immediately refilled with mature Single Malt Whisky from Killara Distillery in Richmond Tasmania for a mere 4 weeks.
The very same barrel, now deeply imbued with both Sparkling Wine and Whisky flavour notes was taken to Iron House Brewery overlooking the Tasman Sea. The cask was again filled, this time with a sweet Black Milk Stout for a casual 8 weeks. Finally, our barrel once more made its way back down to Killara Distillery, to be filled with this limited release Single Malt Whisky for an opulent Black Velvet finish.”
