Description:
We’re absolutely thrilled to have the Killara distillery join our Australian whisky arsenal.
This limited-edition expression was laid to rest for 4 years in a 100L ex-Heaven Hill bourbon cask that was decanted in bottled in August 2022, yielding 150 bottles. The whisky is sold out at the distillery and we have some of the only remaining stock available in the country.

About Killara Distillery
The distillery was established in 2016 by Kristy Lark-Booth and is located at 32 Ogilvie Lane Richmond, about 30min from Hobart in Tasmania. It’s the first distillery to be owned and operated by a second-generation distiller. The name Killara is a nod to Kristy’s parents, Bill & Lyn Lark who started the modern-day whisky industry in Australia back in 1992. Killara is the name of the street where Kristy grew up where the first distillery was registered over 150 years after the last distillery in Hobart closed its doors.
