Aptly named Bonnie ‘Breath of Fire’, this Tasmanian whisky delivers the rich sweetness and velvety mouth-feel expected from quality tawny maturation, balanced by a warming heat that glows from within. Just like Bonnie brings warmth to every visitor who meets her at the distillery.
