Nose: Custard-covered plum pudding full of raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange peel, with a side of baked apples and shortbread.
Palate: Warming spices, mulled wine and citrus blend into the familiar flavours of Tasmanian apples, cloves, cinnamon and a wisp of peat smoke from an open fire.
Finish: A long and complex journey beginning at Christmas dinner and ending with a satisfying dram in front of an open fire. The perfect way to end a family feast.
