Description:
For this expression, nine small American oak casks were vatted and allowed to “marry” together before bottling resulting in a light engaging whisky with fragrant aromas. It was double distilled and non-chill filtered to retain depth of character using the finest Tasmanian grown malted barley and pure South Esk river water from grain to bottle.
Everything happens under the roof of the historic Hanger 17 at Launceston Airport.
