Already sold out at the distillery, this rich, robust whisky is non-chill filtered and matured in small French oak casks which previously held tawny fortified wine (Australian-style port). The handcrafted, small batch whisky was made using the finest Tasmanian grown malted barley and pure South Esk river water from grain to bottle. Everything happens under the roof of the historic Hanger 17 at Launceston Airport.
