Introducing the 4th release from Launceston Distillery that was matured in eleven, small American oak bourbon casks and allowed to “marry” together before bottling. It’s a light and fragrant whisky with engaging aromas and is double distilled and non-chill filtered to retain depth and character.
Made by using the finest Tasmanian grown malted barley and pure South Esk river water from grain to bottle. Everything happens under the roof of the historic Hanger 17 at Launceston Airport.
