Bottling Notes

This is the 6th single-malt whisky release from one of Australia’s finest southern-most distilleries, McHenry’s. The whisky was distilled on the 27.07.2012 and aged for 14 days shy of 5 years in Barrel number 6, a 100 litre American oak ex-bourbon cask sourced from the Maker’s Mark distillery in Kentucky USA. It was then finished in French Oak, ex-port blood tubs for another year before been bottled on the 13th of July 2017.

This bottle was part of a private, Australian whisky collection and is our only bottle to sell.
