Official tasting notes.
Nose: Several layers of honey and a Sauternes cask style fruitiness
Taste: Rich barley enormity. Thick and with a hint of feint. Renowned for its profound richness
Finish: Ridiculously long. Soft muscovado sugars with the lightest touch of honey, liquorice and maple syrup. The vanillas build and then give way to tasty butterscotch

Bottling Notes
Here’s the latest Nant, cask-strength bourbon cask release with the new black bottle labels that was laid to rest in October 2016 for a little under 8 years in a 100-litre cask and bottled in July 2019, yielding 147 bottles. It’s an aromatic, juicy whisky with beautiful notes of butter scotch, honey comb and vanilla ice cream rounding off a very solid pour.
