Here’s an older Nant release, cask-strength sherry wood that was laid to rest in March 2013 for a little under 5 years in a 100-litre cask and bottled in March 2018, yielding 167 bottles. It’s a complex balance of citrus and spice taking plenty of influence from its ex-sherry cask. As smooth as it is balanced.
