Description:
This cask strength, sherry cask matured single malt whisky from the Old Kempton Distillery was bottled in October 2021. Only a handful have made it to release so far. Matured in a variety of 20 litre and 100 litre casks and bottled at natural final maturation strength.

Sweet and robust, it’s non-chill-filtered with no added colouring. The Old Kempton Distillery Cask #3 Sherry Cask whisky is made using Tasmanian barley that’s double distilled through copper pot stills making for a real sherry treat.
