Palate: Sweet up front then a luscious build across the palate. A good balanced whisky with wonderful bright sherry notes. Toffee and nougat.
Finish: A soft and elegant finish.

Bottling Notes
This Old Stables batch #2 release has been bottled to honour the stables on the distillery grounds that once housed 22 horses now the location of the distillery). Aged in an Ex- Sherry 100L Cask & an Ex-Pinot 100L Cask from Tasmanian Cask Co, it’s a modest expression that is the perfect introduction to Australian whisky that will appeal to collectors and drinkers alike.
Non-chill-filtered with no added colouring, the whisky is made using Tasmanian barley that’s double distilled through copper pot stills making for a real sherry treat.
