Description:
This rare ‘Distillers Reserve’ expression is the second of only six 200 litre casks from Overeem’s highly anticipated 12-Year-Old ‘Bourbon Cask Matured Series’. Selling out at the distillery within a day, owners Jane Overeem and her husband Mark graciously sent an allocation our way for any whisky enthusiasts who may have missed out on the release. The remaining casks will be decanted and sold in early 2022 and mid-2022.

“We can’t quite put into words just how excited we are to share these special whiskies with you. It has truly been a wonderful journey… In 2009 Founder, Casey Overeem filled his first ever 200 litre ex-Bourbon casks from Heaven Hill Distillery, Kentucky. Over the course of the next 12 months, Casey filled another 5. A total of 6 casks that he planned on maturing for at least 10 years.
