Nose: Bright, fresh and vibrant with coconut, bananas and molasses, with hints of vanilla, caramel and a nutty edge.
Palate: Coconut and pineapple upfront, with burnt vanilla and citrus, caramelised banana, marshmallows, charred meats and toasted oak.
Finish: Toffee apple, charred oak and mouth-watering, light spice and coconut, medium length.
