Our tasting notes:
We sampled this delight last week with the Barrel & Batch lads during an event and didn’t have the opportunity to really sit with the whisky for complete tasting notes. First impressions….. the whisky is simply “alluring”. The 63.3% ABV is restrained beautifully by a rich nose and velvet-laden palate that will catch you off guard – Buttery and intense, yet delicate and refined. It’s Overeem at the top their game. Looking forward to sitting with another dram soon.
