Bottling Notes
This Sherry Cask matured whisky was laid to rest in an ex-sherry, French oak barrel for a minimum of five years. The hand-selected barrels have been cut down into quarter cask (100 litres) capacity producing an intense whisky of incredible character and flavour. Non-chill filtered with no added colouring, each bottle is individually labelled with barrel and bottle numbers.
