Bottling Notes
An exceptional marriage of Overeem sherry cask whisky with pure Antarctic ‘ice melt’ water. It’s a unique release in collaboration with Polar explorer Geoff Wilson who travelled 5306 kilometres in 58 days in December 2019. He broke the record for the longest unsupported polar journey in human history.
The whisky is named in tribute of ‘Dome Argus’, a summit that sits 4000 metres above sea level that Geoff Wilson conquered. This beauty will sell-out in no time so best be quick.
