This Redlands Distillery ‘Paddock-To-Bottle’ single malt, single cask whisky bottled on the 20th of December 2017, is one of the distilleries first releases since relocating from Derwent Valley Tasmania to Kemper in Tasmania.
Matured in specially selected small 20L casks, it’s crafted using barley grown on Redlands Distillery’s paddocks and then malted on-site in an original heritage style malting floor. Kiln dried onsite, the barley is then brewed, fermented and distilled in 900L copper pot still. The spirit is then rested for two and a half years in their bond store in ex-pinot casks and non-chilled filtered to retain its rich yet delicate flavour.
A unique spirit, steeped in history.
